A finished Figma design that needed to become a real, fast website — quickly

Team Decoder came to us with their designs already done in Figma. What they needed was a development partner who could translate that design into a fully functional Webflow site — pixel-accurate, fast-loading, and built on a CMS structure that would let them manage content going forward. Speed mattered: as a startup, every week counted, and they wanted to go from finished design to live website as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

Our approach

Pixel-accurate Figma to Webflow, with custom code where it counted

We took Team Decoder's Figma designs and built them out in Webflow with pixel-level accuracy — keeping the design intent fully intact while optimising the build for speed. Where Webflow's native components weren't quite enough to match specific interactions or layouts in the Figma file, we added custom code to close the gap, rather than compromising on the design. We set up a CMS structure so Team Decoder's team can manage content independently, and connected Zapier to automate workflows between the website and their other tools. The whole project — from finished Figma file to live, fast-loading website — took 2 weeks.
