"All our requests were responded to promptly."
"TweakDesigns built a professional website that met our expectations and trained our internal team to update its content. They had regular check-ins through chat using Google tools and were very responsive. They also responded well to feedback, fixing issues that arose."

About Teach For India
Teach For India is a national movement working to eliminate educational inequity by recruiting and developing outstanding college graduates and young professionals to teach in under-resourced schools. As a mission-driven organisation, their website needed to reflect their credibility while being simple enough for their internal team to manage without ongoing developer support.
The challenge
A WordPress site that needed to move to a platform their team could own
Teach For India's website was running on WordPress and needed a fresh start on Webflow — both to modernise the look and feel of the site and to give their internal team a platform they could realistically manage themselves. As an NGO, they didn't have the budget or need for an ongoing developer relationship — what they needed was a clean migration, a well-organised CMS, and a team that knew how to use it. Communication and reliability mattered as much as the build itself — they needed a partner who would be responsive, take feedback well, and make sure the handover actually worked for a non-technical internal team.
Our approach
A clean migration to Webflow, designed in Photoshop and built for handover
We designed the new site in Photoshop and built it in Webflow, migrating all existing content from WordPress while refreshing the visual design to feel more current and aligned with Teach For India's mission. We structured the Webflow CMS so that the team's most common updates — new programme pages, stories, and announcements — follow simple, consistent templates. Zapier was set up to automate workflows between the website and their other tools, reducing manual work for their team. Throughout the project, we kept regular check-ins through chat and Google tools, and once the site was live, we trained their internal team directly on how to update content — so Teach For India could manage their own website going forward without depending on us for routine changes.
