We set Synthesized up on a monthly retainer covering ongoing Webflow development — new landing pages, CMS updates, design iterations, and structural improvements as their needs evolve. From the start, we focused on building a clean, scalable CMS structure so that every new page added afterwards follows the same consistent system, rather than becoming a one-off exception that's harder to maintain. We also connected Zapier to automate workflows between the website and Synthesized's other tools, keeping their lead and content processes running smoothly without manual handoffs. Since 2025, we've continued working with their team as an extension of their marketing function — building new pages, refining the site, and keeping everything organised as it grows.
